As alfresco relaxing and dining at home is fast becoming a favourite past time for many people, our outdoor umbrella is a perfect complement to any outdoor furniture setting. Featuring an elegant waterproof and UV-resistant fabric top covering 3m in diameter, the umbrella utilises a cantilevered side post to allow maximum useable space under the shade. No centre pole to get in the way of your enjoyment. Better still, the umbrella top and base can be adjusted and pivoted towards the sun for the right amount and angle of shade. Opening and closing is also made easy with a user-friendly cranking system and the total assembly can be stored away with minimum fuss. Not least, the entire steel frame, such as the 8-rib top supports, and supporting pole are power-coated for toughness while the portable heavy-duty HDPE plastic base an be filled with sand or water of up to 60kg for a very firm support at all times.
Note: Although our outdoor umbrella is designed to withstand mild weather conditions, it is only a temporary structure and is not recommended for use under extreme weather conditions or for a prolonged period of time. Please store away after use.

WA-Please be advised we are currently experiencing delays in the Metropolitan areas due to stormy weather conditions.
Our Bendigo agent is closed for deep cleaning today, and consequently no freight in that area or North West Victoria will be delivered today. Freight will move as normal tomorrow.
Due to the Flooding to the South Coast of NSW we are doubtful freight will travel today.

Gardeningtoolsonline generally offers a 12-month warranty on all products, unless stated otherwise. Some products will be provided with extended warranty for your peace of mind. Electronics products come with a 3-month warranty. Please refer to the product listing for the warranty period.
You are required to notify Gardeningtoolsonline within 10 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval.
To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.
Refund generally takes up to 2 working days to process, and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.
A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
